Dear Sir,

Further to our Work Order reference xxx dated 26th May xxx and amended on 27th May xxx (which to date we did not receive yet the signed copy), we would like to draw your attention regarding the unavailability of properly controlled environment at site which may damage the Wardrobes and Kitchen Cabinets being installed by us.

Please be informed that we are installing the Wardrobes and Kitchen Cabinet as per the instruction of ASCON although there is no properly controlled environment at site, consequently, we would like to inform you that any damages that may arise due to high temperature at site will not be our responsibility and we reserve our rights to claim for additional cost for any rectification that may be required later on.

Should you disagree on the above, we will stop the installation work until a properly controlled environment is available at site.

This is for your information and necessary action.
