Dear Sir,

Further to our on-going works for the Tower 2B, we would like to draw your attention that despite having our team at site, we are unable to proceed with the works due to the unavailability of the areas for our team.

We wish to inform you that there may be delay in the completion of the Tower 2B which is not in our control; hence, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors shall not be liable for this delay. Rest assured that we will do our best to expedite the work once the site will be made available to us.

In view of the above, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will be shifting all the workers which were allocated for Tower 2B to Tower 10B.
