Dear Sir,

We refer to the above subject and would like to draw your attention regarding the missing and damaged items for the Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes for levels 1 to 14, please be informed that in order for Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors to make progress at site we have utilized whatever materials that can be utilized from the stored materials, however, some of these materials has shown some scratches that needs to be rectified as well.

Moreover, as most of the delivered and stored materials have been damaged and cannot be used, the levels 15 to 20 have left with no materials at all, hence, we need to produce everything from scratch.

In view of the above, we have attached to this letter the list of the missing items and the corresponding cost for your information, reference and approval.

If you wish to inspect the stored and damaged materials on site, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors team is more than happy to assist you.
