Subject : Release of Payment in Relation to the Kitchen Cabinet and Wardrobes
Dear Sir,
We refer to our Subcontract Agreement with M/s xxx reference xx dated 27 May xxx regarding the Supply and Installation of Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes for the above referred project as well as the instruction received from your office to re-submit our Payment Application for the aforementioned contract under the existing Work Order reference xxx dated 23 June xxx signed between M/s xxx and Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors.
Please be informed that we have followed the instruction received from your office and complied by submitting the necessary Payment Application along with the progress payment application for the Work Order reference xxx dated 23 June xxx through our Payment Applications references xxx xxx, xxx all dated 19 April xxx. Considering that the relevant payment application for Kitchen Cabinets & Wardrobes have been clubbed on the same payment application for the Entrance Lobbies & Health Club contract, therefore, in accordance with the contract, the Engineer shall certify the payment application within 7 days of receipt.
However, despite our full cooperation in complying with the instruction from your end in relation to the payment submission and to our works, it is so unfortunate that until date we have not received our payment which is long been overdue nor we received any feedback from your end.
In view of the aforesaid, we really appreciate if you could facilitate the release of our due payment.
