Dear Sir,
Further to several exchanges of correspondences and emails regarding the mock-up flat and to my subsequent email dated 26th January xxx regarding the same, please be informed that the completion of mock-up by 21st January xxx as per your letter reference xxx dated 24th January xxx is misleading as the mock-up flat is not ready for us to take the site measurement as of 26th January xxx (refer to attached email and photos).
In view of the foregoing, we find your statement in holding Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors responsible for the delay as incorrect; hence, we reserve our rights for extension of time of completion in this regard.
