Dear Sir,
We refer to our contract reference xxx dated 11th November xxx regarding the Supply and Installation of Joinery Works, please be informed that till date we have not received the Advance Payment for the project notwithstanding the fact that we have already forwarded to your office the Advance Payment and Performance Guarantee through our letter reference xxx dated 19th November xxx.
In view of the foregoing, this is to informed you that any delay in the release of the Advance Payment will delay the works in which Romeo Interiors is not responsible. We reserve our rights for extension of time for completion, moreover, any charges that will be applied by our Bank due to the delay in release of the advance payment will be claimed back with DECC.
