Subject: Additional Cost – Change of Specifications
Dear Sir,
We refer to our letter reference xxx dated 10th June xxx and letter reference xxx dated 15th June xxx regarding our Notice of Claims for the change in specifications and to the subsequent comments we receive on our submitted Sample Tag – 021 through transmittal reference xxx dated 23rd July xxx where it was mentioned that the door shutter shall have a Walnut Veneer finish.
Please be informed that this comments will constitute a variation to the contract as the original specification for the door shutter is of Beech Veneer, thus, we are submitting herewith the cost impact for the changes amounting to AED xxx (UAE Dirham xxx Only), as detailed on the attached documents.
