Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 14th June xxx in response to our letter reference xxx dated 10th June xxx regarding the Notification of Claims for the change in specification and would like to clarify your misunderstanding on our submitted letter.
Please be informed that our aforementioned submitted letter is not a revised quotation as mentioned by you, rather it is a reply on your request to substantiate our Notice of Claims, the submitted documents are only the substantiation of our Notice of Claims, moreover, we have highlighted on the same letter that all the relevant cost details will be submitted in due course as we are still preparing the comparison of cost.
Notwithstanding what was mentioned in the Subcontract Agreement, we would like to highlight herewith that the Subcontract Agreement and Subcontract Value of AED xxx was based on our offer letter along with the qualification mentioned on it.
Our claim for additional cost as a result of this Notice of Claim will be submitted in due course.
