We agree that all claims under, in respect of or related to the Contract xxx dated 07th Jan xxx, the Works and the Project including any claims whether presently known or unknown and howsoever and in any way whatsoever arising from in respect of or related to the Contract xxx dated 07th Jan xxx, the Works and the Project are fully, finally and irrevocably settled.
