Dear Mr. xxx,

We refer to our Work Order xxx dated 7^th January xxx regarding the Lake Side project and to our subsequent letter dated 9^th August xxx addressed to M/s ZAS/PSE regarding the request for the Completion Certificate and the release of the retention amount for the above referred project.

Please be informed that the defects Liability Period of 90 calendar days as per the contract is deemed to be completed by the 15^th November xxx, therefore, we expect the release of our final payment upon completion of the DLP.
