Dear Mr. Abdullah,

We refer to our Work Order xxx dated 7^th January xxx regarding the Lake Side project and to our subsequent letter dated 9^th August xxx (copy attached) addressed to M/s xxx regarding the request for the Completion Certificate and the release of the retention amount for the above referred project.

Please be informed that to date we have not received the requested completion certificate and the payment of the retention amount. In this regard, we really appreciate your assistance in expediting the issuance of the Completion Certificate and the release of the AED xxx which corresponds to the first 5% retention amount.
