Dear Sirs,

Further to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to bring to your kind attention the following points:

1. We have submitted our shop drawings on 19.03.xxx (29 files) and on 23.03.xxx (10 files).  Still waiting for API’s response.

• We executed an inspection of mockup (apartment 806- floor 08) on 24.03.xxx and found out that there is a problem in sockets and switch location for headboard and TV units in all rooms which affect the design and the approval for the same. The designer asked for time to find a solution to their site electrical problem. Romeo is waiting for the Designer’s feedback.

• Mr. xxx / Project Manager had a technical meeting with the Designer (Ms. xxx) and Project Coordinator (Mr. xxx) on 26.03.xxx regarding point No. 2, and Ms. xxx provided the sketches as solution for the same. Please note that these sketches will affect the design and the production program. (Find herewith the sketch from the Designer).

• As of 27^th of March xxx, we have started to revise the drawings as per your latest comments.

• Based on the above, xxx will provide a revised schedule of delivery.
