Dear Sir,

This is in reference to our previous letters reference (c), (d) & (e) regarding the Main Contractor’s pending deliveries of tiles type TL-202.

Production of Pods has now been completed halted since 01 March xxx due to the Main Contractor’s delay in the delivery of tiles. As previously notified, there is a shortage of 5913 pcs in the quantity required to produce the last 35 pods for levels 34, 35 & 36.

As of today, we have still not received any information regarding the expected deliveries of those tiles to allow us to complete production.

Be advised that M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will not be responsible for any delay in the completion of deliveries of pods or any consequences resulting from such delay which is a direct result of the lack of availability of Free Issue tile material from the Main Contractor.

We further reserve our right to claim for an extension of time equal to the same number of days by which the delivery of the Main Contractor’s material is delayed.
