Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter ref: xxx dated 13 March xxx regarding the compliance to NCR and site instructions and we would like to note the following:

First, the root causes behind the Design Guardian site observations that you are referring to in your letter are in fact the free issue items that were selected, procured and delivered to M/s xxx (Contractor Name) by the Main Contractor.

Second, all the 3 letters that you are referring to that were issued to us are already responded by M/s xxx (Contractor Name) via the letters ref. (b), (c) & (d) mentioned above.

We invite you to refer back to our previous letters in which the root causes leading to the comments issued by the Engineer are clearly detailed and highlighted.

As much as we will continue to support the Main Contractor on site to the extents within our capability for the benefit of the project, we will however not accept under any circumstances to be held liable for your own selection of materials.

If you need our support to close the SOR in any discussion with the Engineer or the Employer, we will be glad to assist, but besides that, no arrangement, action or coordination with your site team for this matter is required from our end as recorded in our letter ref. (a).

This is for your information & record

Yours faithfully,

On behalf of M/s xxx (Contractor Name) LLC
