On the other hand, please note that M/s xxx (Contractor Name) scope doesn’t include preventive maintenance service contract.

M/s xxx (Contractor Name) own team will attend to defect location within 48 hours from receiving any defect notification during the defects liability period.

Our team includes plumbers, carpenters, painters, electricians and masons who are trained and capable of attending and closing any defect within M/s xxx (Contractor Name) scope.

Please note that our Operation & Maintenance manual ref: xxx is submitted to you on 24 June xxx and is currently under the Engineer’s review.
