Subject :     Client’s directive to supply tiles for Phase 4 pods

Dear Sir,

With reference to the attached Email received from M/s xxx Sahel Contractor for PDLM phase 4 (Appendix 1) which refers to the Client’s directives (Appendix 2), kindly confirm your agreement to hand over 400 m2 of wall & floor 30 x 60 Ancona Smoke tiles to use for the production of the first in place (mockup) pods of phase 4.

M/s xxx (Contractor Name) shall collect the available quantity of tiles from your project site on Saturday 28 August 2021.

We further confirm that the above material will be used by M/s xxx (Contractor Name) exclusively for the first in place (mockup) pods of Phase 4 and that same quantity of Ancona Smoke replacement tiles shall be returned to Bu Haleeba from the new tile batch which is expected to reach at the end of September xxx as confirmed by the supplier M/s Home items.
