Dear Sir,

We are writing you to inform that our 1st batch consisting of 4 pods for the above mentioned project which was planned to dispatch on 26th April xxx and supposed to reach at your Yard on the 3rd of May xxx, is ready ahead of schedule as we promised. (Attached photos for your reference)

Unfortunately, the recent Saudi Customs regulations implemented due to the spread of COVID-19 is stopping us from dispatching the pods from our factory.

We contacted several transport companies and none is able to meet with the Saudi Customs requirement (i.e. switching trailer head, change driver, etc.) to transport the pods at the moment. (Attached Emails for your reference)

We will keep on monitoring this matter on a daily basis hoping that this closure will end soon allowing us to deliver all the pods that shall be ready by then.

Furthermore, we would like to invite your Qa/Qc engineer to visit our factory at his convenience to check the completed pods and those currently under production.
