Dear Sir,

We are writing in response to your letter reference: xxx dated 03 November xxx and its multiple reminders requesting for the original warranty certificate and we would like to inform you the following:

The original warranty will be passed once the Operation & Maintenance manual is approved and the draft warranties related to xxx and respective suppliers/manufacturers of items used in the pods are approved to allow us to prepare the original warranties accordingly.

In addition, you are requested to clear the overdue payment amounting to AED xxx against the TAX invoice no. LOC/2021/00039 dated 13 December xxx(appendix 1) which must be settled on immediate basis.

Furthermore, you are required to issue the final account certificate including the first part of retention.
