Subject : Response to Notice of Delay – Submission to Operation & Maintenance Manual
Dear Sir,
We are writing in response to your letter reference: xxx dated 08 September xxx and would like to inform you that 3 hard copies + 1 CD of the operation & maintenance manual in addition to the approved as built drawings were submitted to your office on 11 September xxx and therefore we consider this subject is closed.
However, we would like to express our disappointment with the content of the letter and the accusations of delay made when (Contractor Name) have provided BHC with all the support since the beginning of the project.
It would have been appreciated to discuss with us prior sending such notice to allow us to clarify any perceived delay considering the lead time to secure official documents from international suppliers & manufacturers during periods of local holidays and in the midst of a worldwide pandemic.
Our team will continue to be at your disposal to support, and we kindly request you to discuss with us in the future prior sending such notice to allow us to clarify the situation properly.
