Dear Mr. Prince,

We are writing again following our previous letter ref (a) to remind you that you are in blatant default of your contractual obligations and Xxx has still not received the Overdue Payments of November xxx (IPA 02) or December xxx (IPA 03) accounting for a gross unsettled certified amount of OMR xxxx.

Based on your confirmation that the Employer has released all outstanding payments to SPOS, you are kindly requested to release our overdue progress payments with immediate effect.

Furthermore, we again remind you that we have still not received certification for our payment application (IPA04) for works done in month of January xxx and onwards despite the certification having been released by the Engineer more than two month ago as confirmed by SPOS in email dated 11 March xxx.

Also, we refer to our letter ref (b) and request you to release the Advance payment Guarantee and its amendment since we have completed all the works on site and you can adjust the pending uncertified amount of OMR xxx against our overdue payment.

We therefore kindly urge you again to release our due payments, certificate and APG with immediate effect.
