Subject : Regarding road side interlock drawing proposed by your office
And feedback from the interlock subcontractor
Dear Sir,
With reference of above we would like to inform you that we send your proposal to the subcontractor for their review and they could not take the responsibility for the inside building level and slope in the interlock.
They are very co-operative and when to the RTA to discuss and check RTA point of view for our proposal and we received a mail on 13.05.2018 at 3:50 PM which is self-explanatory and attach here with for your review.
Kindly note that RTA counter instructed to the subcontractor for emitting between RTA Engineer Mr. Nihal / Mr. Khalid and your office engineer ( Arkiplan Representative).
So kindly review the feedback and have a meeting with RTA to resolve the issue as our main entrance work under hold.
