Subject      :  Cleaning Cradle Drawing not yet submitted by xxx and external plaster work under hold due to cradle supporting work.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above we submitted external Signage drawing to your office and advanced copy of the same drawing was release to xxx on xxx, till date we do not have Cradle shop Drawing from xxx(mail copy attached).

We again had written information to Danway for the same and attaching the mail proof that we provided advance copy to them.

Kindly note that Cradle support must be fixed before parapet plaster, directly on the concrete, by the cradle sub contractor this work supposed to be completed by soon after the parapet work.

So we are holding parapet external plaster till Cradle Drawing will not be submitted approved by your office as well as execution of Cradle support,as per Danway by them.

 This for your kind intimation and record that parapet plaster remain hold till support fix as advice.
