Change order & our concern for our variation order

Sub       : Change order & our concern for our variation order no-23 and confirmation /instruction to excecute the work.

Dear Sir,

 With reference to above, your change directive issue for our variation on 28/9/2017 ref   no CC/AP/569/17 and kindly note the following.

1. Our total amount for the-23 is AED 29,200(for the  variation work scope attached)
2. Kindly issue the variation amount confirmation & instruction to execute the variation work.
3. These variations only for civil work only other MEP variation will be submit separately.
4. The payment to the sub contractor for the slab cutting company & Carbon fiber strengthening needs to be related directly buy the client on behalf of main contractor.
5.  If any other cost involve during execution will be intimated separately.

So, kindly find our acknowledgment for the change order and the confirmation to execute the work as per change directive as well as we will include/claim in main contractor invoice after completion of the work.
