CONTRACT AGREEMENT

THIS CONTRACT AGREEMENT is made on the 2^nd day of March, in the year xx BETWEEN

1. Name of the Client, P.O. Box xxx, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter called as the “Client”), a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of KSA;

AND

2. (NAME OF THE SUB-CONTRACTOR) INTERIORS LLC, P.O. Box xxx, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Tel. No. xxx, Fax No. xxx (hereinafter called as the “Contractor”), a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of KSA.

WHEREAS Contractor has entered into, or will hereafter enter into, a contract, (hereinafter called “the Contract”) with (Name of the Client)(hereinafter called the “Client”) to perform in accordance with various contract documents and specifications certain works and/or to furnish labour, materials, supplies, and/or goods required to construct the following named and described construction project:
