 Subject           : Application no –E964644 for substation inspection and our under taking letter for Tower carne as well as logistic support to shift the transformer.

Dear Sir,

We would like to request you to receive the substation inspection was completed our application no–E964644 butnot cleared finally due to existing tower crane near substation door and kindly note the following.

1. There is 2.45 meter space for substation door area and 4.2m from compound wall to tower crane as shown in photo.
2. We will assist as much as required by Dewa during their mobilization or any work from Dewa.
3. We are here by confirming that the temporary tower crane will be removed immediately after the construction work within 60 days.

So, kindly consider our request and review the drawing attached with our under taking to   clear the inspection and receive the substation.
