This Plan’s purpose is to define the Quality Management System for this project. It outlines how Quality will be achieved, controlled, assured, demonstrated and managed.
This document:
(1) Describes the roles, duties, and activities that define the XXX Team’s role for Site/Project.
(2) Outlines the lines of communication between XXX& Client representative on site and the Design-Build, and
(3) Includes management structures for the XXX Team’s site personnel.
A general objective for this project is that it be executed with a partnering attitude. As such, parties associated with the works shall adopt a collaborative manner and shall contribute to realizing the best aspirations of all the parties involved.
