It is the policy and objectives of the (MCM) to ensure that all necessary practical safety measures are planned and implemented to promote and maintain XXX ’s high standard of health and safety. To setup standards, which are in line with the concept of proactive safety management.

MCM’s standards in safety are achievable and are based on tried and tested methods.

 

XXX call for high commitment to HSE from all levels of management, which includes, all subcontractors, such measures include:

  1. Protecting the environment, health and safety of all personnel including members of the public who may be affected by the project operations and in particular children.
  2. Minimizes all potential environmental impacts and has best working practices to minimize the risks.
  3. As well as complying with known local statutory legislation, commit the project to using best safety practices.
  4. Ensure that all planning takes into account the health and safety of persons and environment concerns.
  5. Provide and maintain plant, places, and systems of work that are safe and without risks to health.
  6. Provide trained, experienced, competent and committed management and supervision.
  7. Ensure that all level of employees receives appropriate, adequate instruction, training and supervision.
  8. Establish effective communications and joint consultations with Sub-contractors and others who are involved in the project so that matters affecting health and safety are understood and properly implemented.
  9. Periodically review the HSE policy.

 

This policy is applicable to all operations and premises controlled or occupied by MCM.

HSE Policy shall be displayed in prime locations.
