CEMP & Environmental Risk Assessment Manual

1. Purpose:

The purpose of this to define a consistent and uniform approach for implementing the construction environmental Management plan CEMP requirements and to give guidance on the core processes to be follow during the construction period.

2. Scope:

This CEMP is applicable to all the activities and functional aspects of the construction work scope for the project. This plan applies to all Sub-contractors and venders employed by the Contractor for the execution of the Project.

3. Introduction:

The plan shall ensure that all the company and sub-contractor employee are safe as far as is reasonably practicable, from the potential hazards in performance of their duties and all practicable, measures are taken to provide Safe environment of work.

4. Project Description:

The MCM building contracting is Main Contractor for the Construction Work of the project “xxx, Palm Jumeirah”.
