- Purpose: The purpose of the waste Management plan to make sure that the proper waste management is implemented within project and track waste from source through to final disposal with the relevant applicable regulation and ensure that all wastes are REDUCE, REUSE, and RECYCLED.
- Scope: The waste Management plan covers all the construction activities under project which generates any type of waste which is a threat for people, environment or any other living species
- Objectives: The objectives of the waste Management procedure/Plan are:
- To facilitate identification and classification of all waste streams generated during work activities of facilities under the scope of project.
- Describe the way how XXX building Contracting shall manage the wastes produced from its activities.
- Ensure control over the waste generated within project.
- Ensure consistent and environmentally accepted method of disposal of wastes.
To avoid and minimize environmental pollution and public health risks associated with the storage, collection, transport, handling, re use, recycling and disposal of waste. Skip shall only be used for disposing the waste.
- Project Description: The XXX building Contracting is the main contractor for the construction work of the project.
The contractor scope of works to be executed consist of site installation, carry out construction work, as per the design and the specifications of the project. To supply and maintain all necessary equipment, tools and personnel to carry out the works along with the logistics and site management.
