Sub : Intimation for the work under hold/ unable to revise the shop drawing since long time and request to release the confirmation
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that, kindly issuethe Engineer’s instruction or drawings for the following which are under consideration since long time;
- The variation for waterproofing/ MEP on floor of the future cafeteria is under hold at basement .
- RCP drawing at future cafetaria to accommodate the AC and cover MEP services to hide from DM (variation work and drawing).
- RFI is still pending for the FHC cabinet and we are unable to order the material and this work is remaining pending For MEP and civil both from ground floor, first floor and above.
- Kindly issue the plan, elevation and section for FAHU for kitchen area which we require formal instruction to prepare the shop drawing and modify our elevation.
- Kindly issue IFC drawing for 14 th floor new area to revise all our shop drawing and to submit the variation accordingly.
- Our entire query related to pool equipment room under pool deck for the additional work is still under your consideration. We must submit shop drawing and variation.
- RFI and required details for garbage room including wash basin, air curtain etc is pending because of tiling work is under hold since long time.
- Typical floor counter issue for load test must be cleared, which is very critical.
So, this is for your kind intimation that Main Contractor is not responsible for the delay of the work and extension of time to be granted for the delay in approval or instruction. Because our work is under hold and we are unable to prepare the shop drawing and variation work for your approval prior to execute the work and release the queries.
So, kindly do needful for all pending issues as well as Contractor have reserve the right to calim on impact on project constraints, the scope,time and cost accordingly.
