Subject : Regarding your comment for the SS spout and LED light for submitted swimming pool drawings
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, kindly note the following with respect to the comments which is mentioned in the drawing no.U-1621-C-01 (copy attached):
- Your comment that MEP subcontractor to coordinate with ID and Architecture to fix the water spout .Please note that, this is not Main Contarctor’s scope, the client should decide the same.
- The Main Contractor needs to fix additional reinforcement if required, around the pipe and we will not responsible for the damage of the pipe during the concrete and if any consequences, the client or pool subcontractor will responsilble after effect in future.
- The pipe also below the pool, it is confined area, no future maintenance possible.
- The lighting and other work including repairs and maintenance, client should ask the specialized contractor, who will fix the same and required if any maintenance issue.
- Because of SS spout out, there is extra waterproofing required by the Main conatrctor and we will claim accordingly for the same.
- The SS Spout is impractical to fix and no maintenance can be done during the concrete and in future and also please note that, pool subcontractor will face the difficulties to fix the pipe because the area is confined and concealed.
So, Kindly review our concern, advice and do the needful accordingly.
