Dear Sir,

This is further to our letter “MCM/1005/OCAC/15/2020 dated on 18^th January 2020” regarding confirmation of first floor windows and false ceiling height. The windows and false ceiling height to be confirmed by the Engineer and the same is pending since                                  08^th November, 2019 which is a considerably long period.

We MCM are unable to finalize Windows & Glazing and false ceiling works subcontractor’s commercial proposal as windows and false ceiling height yet to be confirm. Please note that, this potential delay will move forward project completion date as securing approval of Shop drawing, Materials, Materials sample and mockup installation will take enough time.

In view of above, we seek your immediate intervention to address said long pending issue urgently.
