Dear Mr. xxx,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you the following:

1. Regarding the starting date, we have issue of the electrical DB’S which are initially located inside the stag bar.

Now, the client is willing to shift the DB’S outside of the kitchen area and we are working for that, we will let you know after the final decision.

• We sent your RFI to client dated 15.05.17 and the request nos. DES/CM/AP/CC/SB/RFI/001 and DES/CM/AP/CC/SB/RFI/002 , these are still awaited from consultant
• As per our MEP services, we are working to provide the maximum height because we are not getting the height as per ID drawing. The issue will be resolve after sometime by analyzing MEP co-ordination.
• For signing the contract, it is primarily need to start the work which you are holding since long time.

So, most probably all issues will be close before/by end of this month. In this case, you can assume the start date from 1^st of July 2017.

The end date, kindly provide the agreed duration from your agreed quotation.
