Subject: Regarding discrepancies in your technical submittal received at our site office
Dear Mayur,
With ref. to above, after referring to your technical submittal which we have received at our site office, we find some discrepancies in the submittal. Kindly note the following
- There is change in cage internal dimensions
- There is change in overhead height required
- Speed mentioned in compliance statement is less than desired
- We have received only one sample board; we require two more samples boards with clear description.
- You have already mentioned about the finishing but we require formal approval from our client for this project.
So, kindly send your technical person / concerned person to come to our site office to have a meeting to clarify or reply back for the same so that we can carry out the succeeding work in faster mode.
