Subject: Regarding clarification for the proposal of wall partition
Dear Mr.Shaheer,
With reference to the above mentioned project and as per the meeting discussions with you please give clarification for the following items as well as check the cost impact for the entire project from our BOQ rate
1. What is the cost impact of P01 because of increase of wall thickness 100mm-170mm?please compare with the original proposal and provide cost variance.
2. In P02A there is as addition of resilient channel .kindly compare from the original proposal and provide cost variance.
- What is the cost impact for the wall P05 due to twin UC frame? Check project requirement and provide variance due to addition resilient channel.
- What is the cost impact for the wall P06 due to the resilient channel to achieve 52dB?
- What is the cost impact of P07 because of increase of wall thickness 100mm-120mm?Kindly check in our original proposal it is double layer or check or minus.
- Kindly check in the drawings P08 linear cladding on the concrete, where it is shown previous drawing?
- Can you put wall thickness in your proposed drawing. Can you check wall dimension which side it is increased or decreased .
So, Thank you very much that you have forwarded the proposal .but still item no.1-7 pending please analsye accordingly. Conclude the result by Saturday so that we can arrange the meeting on Sunday.
