This Plan’s purpose is to define the Quality Management System for this project. It outlines
How Quality will be achieved, controlled, assured, demonstrated and managed. This document:
- Describes the roles, duties, and activities that define the XXX Team’s role for
Site/Project.
- Outlines the lines of communication between XXX & Client representative on site and the Design-Build, and
- Includes management structures for the XXX Team’s site
A general objective for this project is that it be executed with a partnering attitude. As such, parties associated with the works shall adopt a collaborative manner and shall contribute to realizing the best aspirations of all the parties involved.
1.1 Outline of Scope of Works
XXX shall, with due care and diligence, execute and complete the Project works and remedy any defects therein in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. XXX shall provide all superintendence, labor, materials, plant, MCM’s Equipment and all other requirements, whether of a temporary or permanent nature, required in and for such execution, completion and remedying of any defects, so far as the necessity for providing the same is specified in or is reasonably to be inferred from the Contract and to fit for the purpose of the project.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work for the Project package, under this contract includes but is not limited to the execution of all the site works, substructure, internal and external finishes, waterproofing, insulation, electromechanical services, external works, supply and installation of, doors and windows, fittings, equipment, furnishings, and the temporary facilities all as shown on drawings and specified in specifications, bill of quantities or any of the contract
Documents and necessary to achieve the purpose of the project and provide a well- functioning building.
