1. Introduction
Covering an approximate gross floor area of 3119.73 m² on plot no xxx at Palm Jumeirah Dubai – UAE. Proposed residential villa Project that consists G+2 Villa.
The project will be executed by xxx BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC as a main contractor, under the supervision of xxx CONSULTANTS.
2. Water & Power for the works
As for the temporary water supply, and 1 Nos. of 5000 Gallons Polycon Water Tanks will be distributed on site with appropriate with booster pump and water network in order to cover all the construction area and supply required water for site activities and site offices laborers use.
As for the temporary dewa power supply will be using to connected to distribution boards, will be mobilized on site to provide required power for offices and site activities.
3. Access
Access to the site will be provided through a temporary gate that will be located as per the mobilization plan of the project.
4. Site Establishment / Temporary Facilities
With reference to the mobilization layout approved by Al XXX consultants.
Temporary facilities are provided by the main contractor as following:
- Porta cabin and temporary plywood offices provided as per the mobilization plan for Consultant client and main contractor ,laborer rest area labor toilets ,concrete lab ,chemical storage security room and working yard.
- One signboard
- Main store for all materials
- Labor rest area with 3 toilets.
