Subject            :           Pod rejected due to Slope issues

Dear MR. xxx,

We would like to bring into your attention that our Inspection Request(Setting Out) for the pods are getting rejected because of the reasons which was never agreed and not even as per the approved drawings.

As highlighted in one of the attached IR, the comments on the setting out cannot be validated as per the approved drawings. Please see xxx response on each comments for your understanding and further action.

UNP: As per our approved drawings there is no slope in the floor area except the shower     areas.

UNP: As you are aware the floor tiles are long and it have some tolerances for levels. This deflection will be visible on the floors. This will never give any ponding. There is no slope considered in this project except the shower area.

UNP: As per our approved drawings there is no slope in the floor area except the shower areas.

UNP: As per our approved drawings there is no slope in the floor area except the shower areas.

UNP: xxx have followed the approved drawings to produce these pods. If there is any comments on the workmanship we will be more than happy to clear it.

Based on the above xxx response, we appreciate if you can discuss with the consultant to manage their expectations and to please follow the approved drawings during the inspections to avoid such comments in the future. As a matter of procedure xxx will submit the rejected IR’s for an approvals for our records.

Hope this clear and you will do the needful.
