Subject :Regarding immediate submission of shop drawings and materials to avoid delay in partition work and coordination
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that, we are waiting for the following to be submit and approval by the consultant and client as we required for partition and ceiling coordination work.
- The Shop drawing for the doors along with material not yet submitted and no timeline has been given for the mandatory approvals.
- The inter connecting door ,which have Single frame and double shutter which is placed between the twin and queen bed room , we have the wall thickness in our tender drawing is 100mm and acoustic drawing is 101mm .
So, we want to intimate you, to provide your shop drawing and confirmation that, our design wall thickness will accommodate your double shutter and frame as per your shop drawing approved by the consultant.
- We have requested in our previous communication to provide shop drawing for location of the supports and screw for the wall paneling and head board which is pending from your end.
- The Architrave approved sample with thickness and width also need to provided along with other materials.
- Sliding door mock up sample not yet fixed along with the sliding channel and accessories to finalize our ceiling drawing at this area by coordinating all. Because consultant required the full detail of corridor detail along with the sliding door detail .
So, kindly note that our shop drawing for the partition and mock up room painting including ceiling drawing are pending .
We need your prompt action and reply inline of our requirement as mentioned above.
Till then our submissions will remain under hold.
