Dear Mr. Rajesh Kapil,

We received your letter Ref: xxx regarding the snagging of the pods on 3.43PM Thursday 30.05.xxx.

As you know all pods are finished completely in our factory inspected before delivering to site. We are doing the snagging in these levels for so long time. We have send you notification of our pods being damaged at site by others.

However we are ready to cooperative and will send our QC Engineer to do the survey on 1^st June xxx and complete the work as required. A short notice of 24 hours when tomorrow is Friday is not acceptable.
