Subject : Regarding discrepancy shown in the nomination letter- supply and installation of electric door locks
Dear Sir,
With reference above and as per your nomination letter ref no:AP/269/285 Dated 11.01.17, we would like to inform you that as per the comparison made by us for the electronic door locks, we found that there is 120 doors but the quantity mentioned in the quotation is 105 ..
So, there is a discrepancy in the door quantity in our approved drawing provided by lock supplier.
Kindly review and provide your advise for the same.
