Subject : Delay in supply of WC tank, approval of tile corner or decision as well as ELV/ GRMS issue under clause 44.1(d)
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we are facing the severe delay in the extension due to pending issues with you and kindly note the following:
- As per our letter ref no:CC/AP/198/16 DT.01.12.16, item no.1 and 2 which are self-explanatory,that work under delay since 16.12.16 till date due to non-availability of WC tank to be supplied by the employer (delay in supply after intimation –65 days)
- We have been started the tile for some area and keeping the corner area and we are waiting for the approval or comment (attached submittal ref no.CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/144/R0 DT.26.12.16) (delay of 55 days).
- ELV subcontractor and GRMS subcontractor not yet nominated since long time. It is being intimated in every meeting.
- Nomination of the approved Etisalat subcontractor and submission of shop drawing for the approval still pending, If any consequences contractor should not held responsible.
- Pending sanitary items still not supplied so wherever we have shower, we cannot start the tiling or partition work (Reminder)
So, kindly find our intimation under clause 53.1
