With the reference to the above subject, we are sending you the following:
- Collection of all Contract documents:
- Contract Document for your scope of works with all sets.
- Volume 1-A, additional attachment which will be part of the contract All document with pages CH1 to CH10
- We need the shop drawing and submittals with following requirements:
- Lighting details with detailed description to put the required load in DEWA drawing.
- All drawings should have the consultant’s logo and chirag’s logo.
- All drawings should in A1 sheet paper (3 sets with stamp).
- Any method statements and material submissions must be as per contract specification and compliance statement as well as from approved supplier.
- All A4 documents must be binded properly with three sets and with pages separation nos. for the specified divider and with cover sheet index.
- ll materials compliance sheet as specified and as proposed
