Subject : intimation to collect Contract agreement and instruction for submittals
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to intimate you that the contact agreement is ready at our site office for collection. For submitting submittal please note the following:
- Submission of Shop drawing submission log, materials submission log, Program of work, shop drawing, materials prequalification and technical details, Method of statement and sample board still pending to submit from your side.
- Shop Drawing submittal must be as per attached template on A1 size paper three sets each drawing and soft copy will be three (three CDs) and its must contain AutoCAD and PDF format Drawing.
- For materials technical data sheet or pre-qualification documents and method of statement must be binded properly with proper index page, page separator and Page number. One soft copy must be submitted along with three set of hard copies and three sample (if applicable)
