Subject:             Intimation of the Chiller delivery and the payment from the supplier and release the payment.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, the expected delivery of the Chiller at the project site is 9^th April and they attached the proforma invoice for AED 6,13,000 (AED Six Lakh thirteen thousand only) as per proforma send by Johnson controls. 

Kindly review the mail for their concern of the payment.

Please Ref: AP/269/CC/139 dtd.14th September 2016 for the payment terms and conditions agreed by the client and request to intimate the employer for chiller delivery and payment.
