Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the for celling mock up approval is ready by the interior team and same as been inspected by you and your comment that we need to complete with MEP fixture for your complete mock up approval.

So, kindly instruct the client to provide following samples.

1. LT-08-REV.0 Doorway Down light sample
2. Sample of strip light

So, kindly intimate to the employer that we cannot hand over the Mock up sample until client will not supply the sample.
