- Scope of work:
- Surface grinding
- Surface preparation by filling material
- Painting preparation as per approved paint system
- Quantity re measurable and to be reconfirmed with Mr.Abu Zaed
- Cost :
As per company policy the cost of the material + Cost of labour + Overhead profit to be added as per company profile will be decided by Finance department.
- Inspection to be raised at all levels/ stages
- Quality:
Surface preparation to be prepared as per consultant expectation and approved method of statement. Need to inspection after preparation.
- Final coat should not be applied, it should be applied at later stage when mentioned.
- Material and Sample board:
- Approved material ECP-04 for Basement wall and Ceiling 0852 SIGM ACRYLIC PRIMER SEALER – WHITE , 0815 SIGMA TEXTURE MP (Spotter) –WHITE, 0842 SIGMACRYL FLAT (x2) -0250 for wall and 0842 SIGMACRYL FLAT (x2) – 0350 for Ceiling to be used as per method of statement.
- Sample board is available at site office for physical examination for texture, please confirm.
- Safety – safety training and instruction need to follow as per local rules and regulations
