Dear Sir,

We refer to your meeting with Mr. xxx our Head of Sales & Marketing on 3^rd March xxx regarding the issues related to the delivery of the external doors as well as the status of our payments, please be informed that as discussed with you by Mr. xxx, once DECC release AED xxx on our due payments, we will be delivering 100 nos. of External Doors within 30 days of receipt of the payment, subject to site clearance to proceed with the installation.

Moreover, we expect that our remaining due amounts including the amount for the 100 nos. External Doors shall be released within 14 days after installation.
