Dear Sir,

We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 17^th May xxx with regards to the Wooden Door Works wherein you have requested from us to provide 10 years warranty for the wooden door works, in which we reply as follows;

• xxx Interiors has issued a revised Warranty Letter on 29 March xxx reference xxx which is addressed to you in accordance to the telephone conversation between Engr. xxx from Al xxx Contracting and Mr. xxx Shaheen, QSHE Manager of xxx Interiors (copy of letter attached for easy reference).
• In addition to the above issued letter to Al xxx Contracting, xxx Interior’s Performance Bond’s validity is up to the end of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) which is 24 months from the Project Completion and Initial Handing Over to the Client, which covers any defects in materials and workmanship on our scope of works.

Furthermore, as set forth in the Subcontract Agreement Item 10 (a), the Guarantee/Warrantee letter is for contractual retention period of the Subcontract Works only, hence, the 10 years warranty requested cannot be provided by Romeo Interiors.
