Subject : Waterproofing material approval of Lift Shaft as your
Ref.# AP/269/CC/326
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we did the full survey to find the material availability the mention supplier name TACTUM for lift shaft moisture protection and we could not locate such company in Dubai/UAE, and kindly note the following:
- Submittal ref. # CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/113 dtd. 19.09.16, we proposed Polycoat Bitumen which is approve supplier for our project for basement water-proofing and you did not approve the same company material for lift shaft moisture protection and your comment to submitted comparative statement.
- We re-submitted R1 on dtd. 09.02.17 with the Polycoat Bitumen with technical specification you did not approve and your instruction was required relevant specification that was available in the document submitted with the specification and technical details and product details also.
- In R2 on dtd.15.02.17, we submitted again the technical details for Polycoat Bitumen and again you did not approve by asking to comply the comments from R0 with copy of the specified and proposed. We attached the document by stating that specified supplier TACTUM we could not found in UAE.
- In R3 on dtd.14.03.17, we again submitted Polycoat Bitumen by stating that TACTUM is not available and attached all correspondends with local suppliers to provide TACTUM specification, they didn’t!
- In R0 on dtd. 28.03.17, we again submitted the new material from our AWAZEL Primer and rejected the same day dtd. 28.03.17 and your instruction were proposed specified. We search everywhere but we could not find the specified again in UAE
So, kindly advice now as we need to start to work at Lift Shaft as you written in your ref.# AP/269/CC/326 to start the work, we must have approval material to do so! Attached here all the documents.
